Well, the LORD Jesus allowed me to experience one of the greatest blessings in this life, again... baptizing a fellow human being. What an awesome privilege!!
Saturday night as the Bible Time of our regular English Class/Bible Time, we baptized 3 people. We have known Jeff and Rie Shaffer from when they got married here in February 2000. Keiko Nakai was one of my students at the Kashiba City Civic Center.
Both Jeff's parents and Rie's parents, got to be here. Jeff's parents "just happened" to have tickets to come visit at this time. Mom and Dad Shaffer were ELATED to see there son make such a clear and evident turn to Jesus.

毎週の土曜日の晩の英会話とバイブル・タイムとして、3人が洗礼を受けました。二人は、2000年2月に、ここで結婚式をした、Jeffと理恵Shafferでした。も一人は香芝市の英会話教室で出会った、中井敬子さんでした。Jeffと理絵さんのご両親が参加しました。Jeffさんのご両親は”たまたま”日本にいました！！彼らは本当に息子さんがイエス様を信じるようになったことを非常に喜びました。
